Position Overview

Full Time: Temporary Contract. Start: September 2026 – ongoing. Primary school in Pendle. Seeking a Year 1 teacher with experience teaching Key Stage 1, capable of engaging students and advancing phonics, reading and writing.

Responsibilities

  • Plan and deliver engaging, well-structured lessons in phonics, reading and writing.
  • Manage classroom behaviour, maintaining high expectations.
  • Collaborate with colleagues and support the senior leadership team.
