This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced primary practitioner to lead a Year 6 class, delivering high-quality teaching and learning across the curriculum and supporting pupils' transition to secondary school.

The Ideal Candidate

  • Holds Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) with proven experience in Upper Key Stage 2, ideally Year 6.
  • Strong understanding of KS2 SATs preparation and strategies to support pupil progress.
  • Excellent classroom management, organisation, and communication skills.
  • Not suitable for ECTs due to the nature of the role.

This role is offered on the Main and Upper Pay Scale (MPS/UPS), reflecting the school's commitment to rewarding experienced teachers.
