The predicted salary is between 23000 - 27000 £ per year.

Pay: £90-£120 per day (DOE)

Hours: Monday-Friday | 8:00am - 16:30pm (dependant on the school)

Contract: Full-time | Term-time only

Looking to make a real impact in a specialist SEN setting? We're working with supportive SEN schools across North East London who are looking for Behaviour SEN Teaching Assistants to support pupils aged 4-19 with SLD, PMLD and associated SEMH needs. This is a great opportunity to work in a structured, well-supported environment where you'll play a key role in helping young people with complex needs develop confidence, communication, and independence.

The Role

  • Support pupils with SLD, PMLD, and behavioural / SEMH needs
  • Provide 1:1 and small group support tailored to individual needs
  • Assist with personalised learning programmes and sensory-based activities
  • Support communication, engagement, and emotional regulation
  • Work closely with teachers, therapists, and wider support staff
  • Build positive relationships to promote independence and wellbeing

What We're Looking For

  • A genuine interest in supporting children with additional needs
  • Calm, patient, and proactive approach
  • Experience in SEN, behaviour support, or care (desirable)
