Pay: £90-£120 per day (DOE)
Hours: Monday-Friday | 8:00am - 16:30pm (dependant on the school)

We're working with supportive SEN schools across North East London who are looking for Behaviour SEN Teaching Assistants to support pupils aged 4-19 with SLD, PMLD and associated SEMH needs. This is a great opportunity to work in a structured, well-supported environment where you'll play a key role in helping young people with complex needs develop confidence, communication, and independence.
The Role
- Support pupils with SLD, PMLD, and behavioural / SEMH needs
- Provide 1:1 and small group support tailored to individual needs
- Assist with personalised learning programmes and sensory-based activities
- Support communication, engagement, and emotional regulation
- Work closely with teachers, therapists, and wider support staff
- Build positive relationships to promote independence and wellbeing
What We're Looking For
- A genuine interest in supporting children with additional needs
- Calm, patient, and proactive approach
- Experience in SEN, behaviour support, or care (desirable)
