This key leadership post will combine strategic responsibility with hands-on practice within our Pre-School and Early Years setting. The successful candidate will take a leading role in shaping inclusive practice across the Early Years, ensuring that every child thrives, regardless of need or starting point.

As Inclusion Lead, you will:

  • Lead and develop high-quality inclusive provision within the Early Years
  • Champion best practice for children with Special Educational Needs and/or Disabilities (SEND)
  • Work closely with staff, families, and external professionals to ensure excellent outcomes for all learners
  • Contribute to whole-school leadership as part of a supportive and collaborative senior team

The Ideal Candidate We are looking for someone who:

  • Is an excellent Early Years practitioner with a deep understanding of child development
  • Has a SEN specialism, with experience supporting children with a range of additional needs
  • Holds the SENCO qualification, or is willing and motivated to work towards it
  • Demonstrates strong leadership skills and the ability to inspire and support others
  • Is committed to inclusive education and early intervention
  • Has the vision, drive, and professionalism to contribute to strategic school improvement
