Located in a purpose-built site within a peaceful, green setting, the school offers a holistic, highly personalised approach to teaching and learning. This is a unique chance for an experienced SEN Teacher to play a pivotal role in shaping the future of the school.
As part of the teaching team, you will:
- Deliver high-quality, individualised lessons to pupils with Autism and associated needs
- Use flexible, person-centred approaches to meet EHCP outcomes
- Contribute to curriculum design and the school’s pedagogical framework
- Support pupils’ communication, social interaction, and emotional regulation
- Work collaboratively with therapists and support staff
- Assist in developing school-wide practices that reflect inclusive, evidence-informed SEN teaching
