Veritas Education are currently seeking confident and adaptable Maths Teachers to work across secondary schools in the Wigan area. We have a range of opportunities available, including day-to-day cover, short-term assignments, and long-term placements, offering flexibility to suit your availability.
The Role:
- Deliver engaging and effective Maths lessons across KS3 and KS4 (KS5 desirable but not essential)
- Maintain high expectations for behaviour and learning in line with school policies
- Adapt to different school environments with professionalism
- Complete marking and feedback as required for longer-term roles
The Ideal Candidate:
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent
- Experience teaching Maths in UK secondary schools (ECTs encouraged to apply)
- Strong classroom and behaviour management skills
