Veritas Education are working in partnership with an Outstanding secondary school in Lytham who are seeking to appoint an enthusiastic and dedicated Religious Education Teacher from September 2026. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a highly regarded school with excellent behaviour, strong leadership, and a supportive Humanities department.
The successful candidate will teach Religious Education across Key Stages 3 and 4 on a full-time basis for the entire academic year. The role will involve:
- Teaching RE to KS3 and KS4 students
- Planning and delivering engaging lessons
- Assessing, monitoring and supporting student progress
- Contributing positively to the wider school community
- Working closely with an experienced and supportive department
The ideal candidate will have:
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent
- Experience teaching Religious Education in a secondary setting
- An enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to obtain one)
