About the Role
The successful SEN Teacher will
- Teach small classes of pupils with a range of needs, including ASC , MLD , SLD , SEMH and communication difficulties .
- Deliver creative , differentiated lessons that engage learners at all ability levels.
- Work collaboratively with Teaching Assistants , therapists and senior leaders.
- Create a safe , structured and positive learning environment .
- Monitor progress and keep accurate records in line with school policy.
- Use a therapeutic , trauma-informed and child-centred approach.
