September Start - Part Time - 3 days a week
Are you an experienced Music Teacher looking for your next challenging and rewarding role this September? We’re working with a specialist SEMH school (Primary through Secondary) in Orpington that is urgently looking for a confident, engaging Music Teacher on a part-time basis (3 days a week). If you have experience working with students with SEMH or SEND and want to make a genuine impact, this is a fantastic opportunity where no two days are the same.
The role does not require Qualified Teacher Status.
What you’ll be doing as a Music Teacher:
- Teaching music to pupils 1:1 and in small groups
- Supporting students to develop new skills in music
- Managing and de-escalating challenging behaviour
- Working closely with teaching and pastoral teams
What we need from you:
- Experience teaching music in a school setting
- Experience with SEMH, PRU, youth work, or similar
- A calm, resilient, and proactive approach
- Available from September
