We’re working with a specialist SEMH school (Primary through Secondary) in Orpington that is urgently looking for a confident, resilient Behaviour Support Workers to join their team.

If you have experience working with challenging behaviour and want to make a genuine impact, this is a fantastic opportunity where no two days are the same.

What you’ll be doing

  • Supporting pupils 1:1 and in small groups
  • Managing and de-escalating challenging behaviour
  • Working closely with teaching and pastoral teams
  • Helping students re-engage with education

What we need from you

  • Experience with SEMH, PRU, youth work, or similar
  • A calm, resilient, and proactive approach
