The Role- Full‑time role starting September 2026 (with trial days beginning in June)
- Providing 1:1 and small group support to students with SEN and additional learning needs
- Assisting teachers in delivering inclusive and differentiated lessons
- Supporting students with emotional regulation, engagement, and behaviour
- Implementing targeted interventions to support learning and wellbeing
- Gaining exposure to EHCPs, safeguarding practices, and multi‑agency working
- Inclusive and welcoming secondary school environment
- Strong SEN and pastoral support structure
- Ongoing guidance and mentoring from experienced SENCOs and teaching staff
