Veritas Education are currently looking to recruit an exceptional Law Tutor on behalf of a secondary school based in Hayes, Hillingdon. This position is starting from July or September 2026 in a Good rated school where staff and pupils work collaboratively to ensure an inclusive learning environment for all.

It is required for the applicant to have an in-depth understanding of the curriculum and a creative outlook around the learning and planning of sessions. You will be required to complete the planning, delivering, and marking of sessions in accordance with the high academic requirements of the students. The role involves:

  • 3 days delivering sessions up to GCSE and A-Level Law to small classes
  • 2 days providing personal coaching and classroom support where required

The school is open to Law graduates and unqualified teachers to apply. Preferred qualifications include:

  • Experience teaching 2+ years
  • High level of subject knowledge
  • Experience with planning lessons and marking
  • Strong classroom presence and understanding of behaviour management
  • Enthusiastic and passionate attitude to teaching
