As an Early Years Practitioner, you will support children aged 0–5 within nursery settings, helping to create a safe, fun, and engaging environment where children can learn, play, and develop through the EYFS framework.
The Ideal Candidate Will Have:
- A Level 2 or Level 3 qualification in Early Years, Childcare, or equivalent – essential
- Previous experience working within nurseries or EYFS settings
- A good understanding of the EYFS framework and child development
- A caring, positive, and flexible approach
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
Key Responsibilities:
- Supporting children’s learning and development through play-based activities
- Assisting with daily nursery routines, including mealtimes and outdoor play
