This role offers invaluable experience working directly with students, developing your understanding of child development, behaviour, emotional regulation and learning support within an education setting.
The Role:
- Full-time role starting September 2026 (with trial days beginning in June)
- Providing 1:1 and small group support to students with SEN and additional learning needs
- Assisting teachers in delivering inclusive and differentiated lessons
- Supporting students with emotional regulation, engagement and behaviour
- Implementing targeted interventions to support learning and wellbeing
- Gaining exposure to EHCPs, safeguarding practices and multi-agency working
