English Teacher - Alternative Provision - Bromley area
Are you a passionate English Teacher looking to make a genuine difference in the lives of young people?
We are seeking an enthusiastic and resilient English Teacher to join an Alternative Provision in Bromley. This is a rewarding opportunity to work with students aged 11-16 who require additional support to engage with education and achieve positive outcomes.
As an English Teacher, you will deliver engaging and accessible lessons that inspire students to develop confidence in English and reach their full potential. You will work within a supportive multidisciplinary team committed to helping students overcome barriers to learning and succeed both academically and personally.
What you’ll be doing as a English Teacher:
- Plan and deliver high-quality English lessons to students aged 11-16.
- Differentiate learning to meet a range of abilities and needs, including SEMH and SEND requirements.
- Build positive relationships that promote engagement, attendance and achievement.
- Work collaboratively with support staff, families and external agencies to support student outcomes.
What we need from you:
- Experience teaching KS3 and KS4 English
- Experience within SEMH or PRU settings
- Availableto start at short notice
