The Opportunity

Veritas are looking for a bright and enthusiastic Performing Arts Graduate to join a forward-thinking secondary school in Barnet as a Teaching Assistant. You’ll work closely with students aged 11–16, supporting them in English lessons. This is a fantastic first step for graduates who are serious about progressing into teacher training or are considering working within education.

Your Role Will Involve

  • Assisting teachers in delivering engaging English lessons
  • Supporting students 1:1 or in small groups with classwork, homework, and revision
  • Helping to manage behaviour and maintain a positive learning environment
  • Offering targeted support to students who may need extra help grasping key concepts
