We are seeking an experienced and adaptable Maths Teacher to join a specialist SEN school in Chorley, supporting pupils aged 6–16. The role involves delivering a broad, differentiated curriculum across all subjects, tailored to meet a wide range of special educational needs.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan and deliver engaging, adapted lessons across core and foundation subjects
- Teach pupils across primary and secondary age ranges with varying needs and abilities
- Implement and review EHCP targets and personalised learning plans
- Create a structured, inclusive, and supportive learning environment
- Assess, track, and report pupil progress
- Work collaboratively with TAs, SENCOs, and external professionals
