We are seeking an experienced Behaviour Support Worker to join a specialist SEMH (Social, Emotional and Mental Health) school in the Lewisham area. This is a contract position supporting pupils across both primary and secondary phases who present challenging behaviour.

About the Role

  • Provide 1:1 and small-group behaviour support
  • Implement de-escalation strategies and behaviour management plans
  • Work closely with teachers, SENCOs and pastoral leads
  • Support pupils with SEMH needs to engage positively in learning
  • Help create a safe, structured and encouraging environment
