Are you an experienced Teaching Assistant looking for a part-time role supporting a child on a 1:1 basis? I’m working with a primary school in Accrington seeking a Teaching Assistant to provide morning support for a pupil on a 1:1 basis. The role focuses on helping the child access learning, engage with classroom activities, and feel supported throughout the school day.

Location: Primary school in Accrington

Role: 1:1 support and classwork assistance

Hours: 8:30am – 12:00pm, Monday to Friday

Start Date: Immediate start, continuing in September

Contract: Ongoing, part-time role

Requirements:

  • Previous experience working within a primary school setting
  • Experience supporting children on a 1:1 basis
  • Ability to build positive relationships and provide consistent support
