An outstanding automotive retailer has a requirement for Part Time Weekend Sales Support Staff to join their busy used car operation in Hinckley.
What You'll Be Doing
- Be the welcoming face of the showroom during our busiest times.
- Greet every visitor warmly and professionally, making them feel comfortable and valued.
- Support the sales team by assisting customers with appointments, vehicle viewings and test drives.
- Answer customer queries and provide general information about the cars and products on offer.
- Help manage customer flow and ensure no opportunity is missed, including walk-in enquiries.
- Keep the showroom tidy, clean, and well presented at all times.
Requirements
- Experience in a customer-facing role (retail, hospitality, or automotive preferred).
- Confidence and enthusiasm when engaging with customers.
- Excellent communication and people skills β you enjoy talking to people and making a great impression.
- Professional and presentable appearance.
- A proactive attitude β able to spot and support customer needs without being asked.
- Availability to work Saturdays and Sundays (and Bank Holidays if required).
