Veritas Careers are recruiting for a Franchise Dealer Group who have a requirement for a Social Media Content Creator to join their busy car dealership. In this role, you will be responsible for planning, co-ordinating, and executing all social media content for a motor group based in Yorkshire representing several brands. The ideal candidate will have a creative and strategic mindset, as well as strong organisation and communication skills.

As the Social Media Content Creator, you will work closely with the management teams and Group Marketing Manager to research, identify new trends, develop and execute effective social media content to help promote brand awareness, drive customer engagement, and build positive relationships within the local communities.

Responsibilities
  • Create and publish content tailored for key social channels e.g. Facebook, LinkedIn, Instagram, YouTube etc.
  • Advise senior leaders on social strategy and emerging trends
  • Manage content calendars and scheduling using Sprout
  • Analyse performance using Sprout
  • Strong Videography skills and editing
  • Edit multimedia assets with Adobe Premiere and Photoshop
  • Work independently across all of our locations while collaborating effectively with others
  • Ensure all content reflects a client-first mindset
  • Ensure all manufacturer brand standards are adhered to
Requirements
  • Experience of the automotive industry is advantageous but not essential.
  • Strong experience in social media or digital marketing
  • Experience in automotive is a plus
Technical Skills
  • Strong grasp of platform best practices and cultural trends
  • Skilled in content creation, videography and editing
  • Proficient with Sprout, Adobe Premiere, and Photoshop
Soft Skills
  • Confident communicator with senior stakeholders
  • Detail-focused and thrives under pressure
