Veritas Careers are recruiting for an outstanding automotive retailer who have a requirement for a Part Time Handover Specialist to join their busy prestige used car operation in Hinckley.
As a Handover Specialist, you will play an important role in ensuring every customer enjoys a smooth and professional vehicle handover. You will be responsible for completing essential documentation—including invoices and warranties—accurately and promptly, in line with company procedures and industry guidelines.
This is a flexible, zero-hours position, primarily covering weekends according to business needs. Hours are not guaranteed and will be offered as required. You will be supported by an experienced team in a professional, fast-paced environment.
Key responsibilities
- Processing customer invoices
- Setting up vehicle warranties
- Checking that all vehicle-related paperwork is complete and accurate
- Ensuring documentation complies with company and industry requirements
- Completing follow-up actions promptly
- Helping to provide customers with a smooth and positive vehicle handover experience
Requirements
Experience of working in a fast moving retail environment is essential – as well as a genuine desire to provide a first class customer experience.
Working Hours: 9-6 Saturday and 10-4 Sunday

- Is comfortable working in a busy office environment
- Can work independently and contribute positively within a team
- Remains calm under pressure and takes a flexible approach
- Is confident processing official documentation accurately and promptly
- Is committed to providing an excellent customer experience
- Can work flexibly at weekends when shifts are available
- Has motor-trade experience, although this is not essential
