Day to Day Responsibilities:

  1. Promptly respond to at minimum of 12 customer support emails per hour on Zendesk that mainly consist of: Order statuses on a customer’s shipment, questions on how to use Veriswap, and customer complaints.
  2. Identify customer support bottlenecks and propose systematic solutions that can be formalized into SOPs
  3. Communicating shipment requests to our logistics team to ensure timely delivery of packages
  4. Reporting any bugs in our operational flow that our tech team can fix.
