Reporting to the Senior Talent Acquisition Partner you will be a pivotal part of the TA function, ensuring that Verisure attracts the best people to join the business, working closely with Hiring Managers across the business to align hiring requirements and delivering a first-class service to candidates and internal customers.

Full-Cycle Recruitment:

  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from sourcing and screening candidates to conducting interviews and extending offers
  • Leverage various recruitment channels, including LinkedIn, job boards, social media, and networking events
  • Contribute to projects, supporting the Senior TA Partner with continuous improvement initiatives
  • Implement best practices to streamline the hiring process, ensuring timely and quality placements
  • Leverage Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and other recruitment technologies to optimise sourcing, tracking, and reporting
  • Stay updated on emerging recruitment technologies and tools to enhance the effectiveness of talent acquisition efforts
  • Utilise data analytics to assess the effectiveness of recruitment strategies and make informed decisions
  • Prepare regular reports and metrics for the Management Team on key metrics, trends, and insights related to talent acquisition

Business Partnering:

  • Partner closely with senior leaders and hiring managers to understand their recruitment needs and develop tailored search and attract strategies that address specific challenges
  • Conduct Vacancy Consultations with Hiring Managers to define role requirements and agree recruitment timeline
  • Conduct regular consultations with Hiring Managers across all business units to ensure alignment on talent needs and provide insights on market trends
  • Manage the end to end recruitment process efficiently, ensuring time to fill meets agreed SLAs
  • Communicate effectively with hiring managers to refine job descriptions and candidate profiles

Candidate Experience Management:

  • Ensure a positive and engaging candidate experience throughout the recruitment lifecycle
  • Maintain open lines of communication with candidates, providing feedback and support

Key requirements:

  • Minimum 4 years of experience in Talent Acquisition
  • Experience of high-volume campaigns and low volume corporate roles, ideally with exposure to recruiting into HR, Finance, Marketing, Sales, Operations
  • Proven headhunting experience, with a track record of successfully sourcing
  • Strong understanding of recruitment best practices, legal considerations and market trends
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to consult, influence and collaborate with senior leaders and communicate a compelling and persuasive message to potential employees up to senior level
  • Proficient in using applicant tracking systems (ATS), LinkedIn Recruiter and other recruitment tools
