The Role
We’re looking for a Sales Analyst to join our Sales Performance team, working closely with Sales Leadership and senior stakeholders to drive smarter, data-led decisions.
This is a highly visible role where your insights directly influence sales performance, commissions, incentives, and commercial strategy.
What you’ll be doing
- Analyse sales activity and performance to identify trends, opportunities, and risks
- Build clear, impactful sales dashboards and KPI reporting
- Support and improve sales reporting and commission models
- Partner with Sales Leaders to turn data into actionable insights
- Deliver ad hoc analysis for senior management
- Educate the sales organisation on commission structures and performance metrics
- Collaborate cross functionally and with international Verisure teams
What we’re looking for
- 2+ years’ experience in an analytical role (sales, finance, consulting, start up, etc.)
- Strong analytical and problem solving skills with commercial awareness
- Advanced Excel skills (Power BI a plus)
- Confident communicator – able to explain numbers to non-technical audiences
- Highly organised, proactive, and detail focused
- Comfortable working cross functionally and influencing stakeholders
