Verisure is looking for an ambitious hands-on indirect procurement manager to lead the procurement in the UK. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone ready to step into a manager role and take real ownership of the department. This role supports the Procurement Cluster Lead based in Paris in delivering both strategic and operational procurement across a broad portfolio of indirect spend categories.

The UK Indirect Procurement Manager will lead category strategy development, deliver sustainable cost savings, and act as a trusted partner to senior stakeholders across the UK business with a high degree of autonomy. The role covers a diverse range of indirect categories including, but not limited to: IT & Telecommunications, Marketing, HR, Facilities Management, and Professional Services.

What You’ll Do

  • Partner with the Procurement Cluster Lead to develop, transform, and scale the indirect procurement function.
  • Own and deliver UK end-to-end category management, complementing Group Level category strategy; from development through sourcing, implementation, and performance management.
  • Create and execute robust category strategies.
  • Lead the execution of indirect sourcing projects, including gathering and refining internal requirements, drafting specifications, publishing requests, analysing offers, negotiating, finalising contracts in partnership with the Legal department, communicating internally, and overseeing deployment discussions.
  • Lead, coach, and develop 1 junior procurement professional.
  • Translate category strategies into a clear, prioritised pipeline of sourcing initiatives, savings plans, and continuous improvement projects.
  • Ensure alignment between global procurement frameworks and local business requirements.
  • Engage, influence, and challenge senior stakeholders (Director to Board level), securing buy-in through strong commercial insight.
  • Build effective relationships with key internal stakeholders to gain a holistic view of supplier performance and service delivery.
  • Monitor and manage supplier performance, risk, ESG and compliance requirements using data, reporting tools.
  • Balance strategic delivery with operational excellence, ensuring the business receives high-quality service, value for money, and cost efficiency.

What You’ll Bring

  • Proven experience in indirect category management, covering a broad range of spend areas.
  • Minimum 5 years’ procurement experience, ideally within a fast-paced, growing, or transformation-led organisation.
  • Demonstrated ability to operate effectively in a large, cross-functional, global procurement environment.
  • Experience using Jaggaer and Oracle preferred.
  • Prior exposure to IT and/or Marketing procurement is advantageous.
