About the Role:

We are looking for an experienced and people-focused HR Manager to join our Human Resources team in Newcastle. This is a fantastic opportunity for a commercially minded HR professional who enjoys partnering with a diverse workforce and influencing business leaders to drive positive people outcomes.

As the most senior HR presence in our Newcastle office, you will play a pivotal role in supporting both our Head Office functions including Operations, Customer Marketing, Finance, and Marketing and our frontline call centre teams. You will act as a trusted advisor to senior leaders, helping to deliver strategic people initiatives while ensuring excellent day-to-day HR support.
