Overview
As a Field Installation Engineer at Verisure, you install, service and maintain professionally monitored security systems for customers. You work in the field, assessing properties, recommending tailored security improvements and upsell opportunities. You’ll often troubleshoot faults and deliver clear system demonstrations, aiming for first-time fixes. Training is provided, and you’ll join a trusted, customer-focused team in a leading European security provider. This role combines hands-on technical work with strong customer service to protect homes and small businesses at scale.

Responsibilities
- Conduct detailed assessments of customers' properties and recommend tailored security improvements
- Install, service and maintain Verisure alarm systems with a focus on first-time fix
- Provide expert advice to design systems that meet customer needs and risks
- Deliver clear and engaging system demonstrations to customers
- Troubleshoot faults and resolve technical issues, including repeat false alarms
- Identify and act on opportunities to enhance customer security through additional products and services
- Manage stock, tools and company vehicle in line with company standards
- Deliver consistently high levels of customer service and professionalism

- Full, clean manual driving licence
