With Salesforce newly implemented across the organisation, this is a rare opportunity to shape the platform from day one and influence how a large commercial team adopts it. You’ll work closely with senior leaders across the business to drive data-led decision-making, improve operational efficiency, and increase accuracy across sales processes. This is a high-visibility role where your analysis and recommendations will directly shape sales performance and wider operational decision making.
- Coordinate and support the ongoing optimisation and governance of the Salesforce platform
- Develop and enhance reporting, dashboards, and data outputs to deliver clear, actionable insights
- Partner with Organisational Leaders to assist in the adoption and training of the Stakeholder Departments (primarily in the Sales Department)
- Collaborate cross functionally and with international Verisure teams in the continuous development of Salesforce.
- Lead testing and quality assurance for the development of new solutions/features to ensure they meet requirements and expectations
2+ years’ experience in a Business or Data Analyst, Sales Operations or a Salesforce Administrative related roles
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with commercial awareness
- Experience working with CRM or sales data
- Strong Excel skills: experience with SQL, Power BI, or Salesforce reporting is a plus
