  • Strong technical skills in Power BI, SQL, and Excel (Snowflake experience beneficial)
  • Experience working with large datasets in a high-volume, fast-paced, performance-driven environment
  • Strong analytical mindset with the ability to move from data, insight, commercial recommendation
  • Comfortable working with marketing or commercial performance data (e.g. funnels, conversion, acquisition metrics), beneficial but not essential
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to explain complex data in a clear, business-focused way
  • Proactive, autonomous, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-growth international environment
