Working Hours: 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday
Hybrid: 3 days in the office, 2 days working from home. During the initial period of the role, additional office attendance will be required to help you become familiar with the teams.
Role Overview
We are looking for a BI Analyst to join our UK Marketing Data team at Verisure, the world’s #1 professionally monitored security provider, protecting over 6.2 million customers globally. This is a hands-on, commercially focused role where you will turn complex data into clear, actionable insights that drive customer acquisition performance, marketing efficiency, and commercial decision-making. You will work in a high-volume, fast-paced, data-rich environment, supporting the optimisation of marketing spend, funnel performance, and conversion outcomes across multiple channels. This role goes beyond reporting; it focuses on identifying what is driving performance, what is underperforming, and where marketing efficiency can be improved.
Key Responsibilities
- Build and maintain Power BI dashboards to track marketing performance
- Analyse data to identify trends, insights, and optimisation opportunities
- Support marketing teams with campaign and performance analysis
- Write and optimise SQL queries (Snowflake environment)
- Ensure data quality and consistency across reporting
Experience
- 3–5 years experience in a BI/Data Analyst role
- Strong skills in Power BI, SQL, Excel, and ideally Snowflake
- Business mindset; exposure to marketing/performance analytics is a plus
- Smart, autonomous, hands-on, and able to quickly understand new topics
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
