Sales Operations Analyst (Salesforce & Analytics) – London SW1W 0SR (Hybrid)

The Role

With Salesforce newly implemented across the organisation, this is a rare opportunity to shape the platform from day one and influence how a large commercial team adopts it.

You'll work closely with senior leaders across the business to drive data-led decision-making, improve operational efficiency, and increase accuracy across sales processes.

This is a high-visibility role where your analysis and recommendations will directly shape sales performance and wider operational decision making.

What you'll be doing

  • Coordinate and support the ongoing optimisation and governance of the Salesforce platform
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to gain feedback on operation inefficiencies to assist in developing solutions to how we operate.
  • Develop and enhance reporting, dashboards, and data outputs to deliver clear, actionable insights
  • Analyse the activity and work efficiency of our sales department for stakeholders of all levels including Senior Management
  • Partner with Organisational Leaders to assist in the adoption and training of the Stakeholder Departments (primarily in the Sales Department)
  • Collaborate cross functionally and with international Verisure teams in the continuous development of Salesforce.
  • Lead testing and quality assurance for the development of new solutions/features to ensure they meet requirements and expectations

What we're looking for

  • 2+ years' experience in a Business or Data Analyst, Sales Operations or a Salesforce Administrative related roles
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with commercial awareness
  • Experience working with CRM or sales data
  • Strong Excel skills: experience with SQL, Power BI, or Salesforce reporting is a plus
  • Confident communicator – able to explain to non-technical audiences
  • Highly organised, proactive, and detail focused
  • Comfortable working cross functionally and influencing stakeholders
