Role Overview
We are looking for a BI Analyst to join our UK Marketing Data team at Verisure, the world’s #1 professionally monitored security provider, protecting over 6.2 million customers globally. This is a hands‑on, commercially focused role where you will turn complex data into clear, actionable insights that drive customer acquisition performance, marketing efficiency, and commercial decision-making. You will work in a high-volume, fast-paced, data-rich environment, supporting the optimisation of marketing spend, funnel performance, and conversion outcomes across multiple channels. This role goes beyond reporting; it focuses on identifying what is driving performance, what is underperforming, and where marketing efficiency can be improved.
Key Responsibilities
- Build and maintain Power BI dashboards to track marketing, acquisition, and commercial performance
- Analyse end-to-end funnel performance (lead generation, conversion rates, cost per acquisition, ROI)
- Identify trends, performance drivers, and opportunities to improve marketing efficiency and spend effectiveness
- Translate data into clear insights, recommendations, and actionable outcomes for marketing and business stakeholders
- Support campaign and channel performance analysis across multiple markets and acquisition streams
- Write and optimise SQL queries (Snowflake environment) to extract, transform, and validate data
- Ensure accuracy, consistency, and integrity of reporting across all dashboards and datasets
- Work closely with stakeholders to understand business questions and translate them into structured analysis
About You
- 3–5 years’ experience in a BI, Data Analyst, or similar analytical role
- Strong technical skills in Power BI, SQL, and Excel (Snowflake experience beneficial)
- Experience working with large datasets in a high-volume, fast-paced, performance-driven environment
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to move from data, insight, commercial recommendation
- Comfortable working with marketing or commercial performance data (e.g. funnels, conversion, acquisition metrics), beneficial but not essential
- Strong communication skills with the ability to explain complex data in a clear, business-focused way
- Proactive, autonomous, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-growth international environment
