The predicted salary is between 32000 - 40000 Β£ per year.

Location: Quorum Business Park, Newcastle upon Tyne, NE12 8BU

Hours: 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday, 9:00am - 6:00pm

Working Pattern: Hybrid working 3 days per week in the office and 2 days working from home

We are looking for an organised and detail-focused HR Operations Coordinator to join our team and support the smooth running of our day-to-day HR operations.

The Role: This is an excellent opportunity for someone with experience in HR administration or HR operations who enjoys working in a structured, process-driven environment. You will support a wide range of HR activities across the employee lifecycle, helping to manage employee queries, maintain accurate records, support compliance processes and ensure our HR services are delivered to a high standard. Alongside managing day-to-day administration, you will also have the opportunity to identify improvements, support better ways of working and take ownership of key processes.
