As a Field Retentions Engineer, you will be:
- Dealing with escalated high-level complaints
- Installing and providing technical assistance and routine maintenance to Verisure security systems at our customers' premises with a focus on “first time fix” solutions.
- Providing a detailed, informed walk-through of the Verisure Alarm system.
- Establishing, building and managing strong long-term customer relationships
- Identifying reasons why the customer is thinking of leaving and establishing benefits that will improve the customer experience
- Ensuring we are always promoting what is currently best for customer security solution in order to retain customer accounts
- Troubleshooting any issues and repeat false alarms that may arise.
- Managing stock materials and company vehicle maintenance in line with schedules.
Required criteria:
- Strong English communication skills and a good team player
- Ability to start and keep conversation going, taking over the responsibility of resolving the ongoing issues
- Striving to achieve performance and customer targets to earn bonus
- Customer oriented, genuinely passionate about providing an amazing experience through every interaction
- A clean manual driving licence
- Engineering/Technical/Retentions/Sales experience: 1 year (preferred)
