About the Role

Verisure is looking for an ambitious, strategic, and hands‑on Head of Brand to lead and grow the Verisure brand in the UK

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone ready to step into a Head of Brand role and take real ownership of how Verisure shows up in the UK market. You’ll play a central role in shaping brand strategy, translating consumer insight and Group brand direction into impactful local execution, and building strong foundations for long‑term brand growth.

Working closely with the UK Marketing Director and Group teams, you’ll balance brand‑building ambition with commercial priorities while developing your leadership capability, strategic influence, and brand ownership as the role evolves.

What You’ll Do:

Brand Leadership & Strategy

  • Lead the development and activation of the UK brand strategy in partnership with the Marketing Director and Group stakeholders
  • Translate Group brand positioning into clear, compelling UK brand messaging and communications
  • Build consumer understanding and relevance of the monitored alarm category in the UK, supporting awareness, consideration, and brand preference
  • Contribute to the evolution of brand strategy, positioning, and priorities as the market develops

Brand Stewardship & Consistency

  • Act as a key brand steward for the UK, ensuring consistent application of brand guidelines, tone of voice, and visual identity across all channels
  • Support the maintenance and evolution of UK brand guidelines in collaboration with Group teams
  • Champion high-quality brand expression across marketing, digital, and communications touchpoints

Creative Development & Execution

  • Lead the development of UK mass‑media communications, including TV and radio, ensuring work is insight‑led and aligned to brand and commercial objectives
  • Manage creative agencies and partners, driving strong creative output and continuous improvement
  • Lead and develop the UK design team (2 people), supporting capability growth and creative excellence

Consumer Insight & Brand Performance

  • Identify UK‑specific insight needs and commission qualitative and quantitative research to inform brand and creative development
  • Track and interpret brand performance metrics, using insight to continuously improve strategy, messaging, and creative effectiveness

Media & Cross‑Functional Collaboration

  • Partner with the Marketing Director and media agency on media planning and optimisation
  • Work closely with Digital, Performance, PR, and Communications teams to ensure aligned and consistent brand activation
  • Collaborate cross‑functionally to balance brand‑building and lead‑generation objectives

Growing Leadership & Influence

  • Build strong relationships with UK and Group stakeholders, growing your influence as a senior brand voice
  • Contribute to internal brand education and knowledge sharingGradually take on broader brand ownership and leadership responsibilities as scope and capability evolve

What You’ll Bring

  • Strong experience in brand marketing, with a solid grounding in consumer insight and readiness to step into a Head of Brand role
  • Proven experience leading campaigns, managing agencies, and working with mass media
  • A strong understanding of brand strategy, consumer insight, and media effectiveness
  • Confidence working with senior stakeholders, with the ambition to grow strategic influence
  • A hands‑on, curious, and learning‑oriented mindset
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
