You will develop and mentor a team of Junior and Senior Sales Advisors, equipping them with the skills and motivation to achieve their targets while maintaining high service standards and professionalism.

To set you up for success, you will first complete comprehensive sales training to master the best techniques. In return, you’ll earn an attractive salary with uncapped commissions while leading a high-performing sales team and helping protect what matters most to our customers.
