Verisure is seeking an Alarm Call Handler to join our Newcastle Centre of Excellence on a part-time basis.

You’ll respond to alarm activations, monitor signals, and coordinate the right response in a calm, decisive manner during 3:30pm–8:30pm shifts.

Starting salary £25,500 pro rata, rising to £26,500 with progression, plus a bonus of up to £1,200.

Training is provided, and we welcome applicants from varied backgrounds; DBS and SIA licences supported.
