The successful candidate will play a key role in onboarding new colleagues, delivering refresher and product training, and supporting the continuous development of our Retentions, Upselling, and Move/Take Over teams. This is a highly visible role that combines classroom delivery, content creation, stakeholder engagement, and operational collaboration to drive performance and customer experience.
