About the Role
As aCustomer Moves Advisorin ourCustomer Home Moves Team, youll help existing customers who are relocating to transfer their home security system smoothly to their new property. Youll provide excellent service, build strong customer relationships, and spot opportunities to grow our network through referrals. This is a great opportunity for someone with a customer-first mindset who thrives in a fast-paced, supportive environment and enjoys helping people through change.
What Youll Do
- Handle inbound and outbound calls with customers moving home, guiding them through their transfer process.
- Deliver outstanding service by listening, empathising, and offering tailored solutions.
- Identify opportunities for upgrades, referrals, or system ownership transfers.
- Manage customer queries efficiently, ensuring high satisfaction.
- Liaise with internal departments to guarantee seamless transitions.
- Achieve individual and team KPIs in a positive, collaborative environment.
