An amazing opportunity has arisen for a Sales Trainer to join our South East London team, responsible for the onboarding program and the continuous training for our sales team in the territory using training, coaching and mentoring methods. You will manage, design, develop and deliver training programs that will enhance and inspire our salespeople to succeed in their daily challenges.
Responsibilities
- Keep control of stock and handover training materials to trainees.
- Organize and conduct the onboarding program for new joiners.
- Scope and define requirements for new training needs.
- Choose appropriate training methods (simulations, mentoring, field training…).
- Use accepted education principles and track new training methods and techniques.
- Be our field ambassadors for field shadowing and feedback forms.
- Be passionate about training, and conversant with practical training needs, analysis and evaluation techniques.
- Excellent presentation skills with previous experience in designing and delivering training/development programmes.
- Brand ambassador, passionate about our business and defining the Verisure Way.
- High attention to detail and a quality focus.
- Have a creative approach to delivering effective training/development solutions.
- Innovative ideas, and tenacity to make them a reality.
- Strong work ethic, with high personal and professional standards.

- Advanced organisational skills with the ability to handle multiple assignments.
