Recognized as a UK "Top Employer 2025" and for the last 3 years consecutively, we are looking for a Sales Analyst to join our team and strengthen our Sales Performance department based out of London Victoria. The Sales Performance department operates under the direct leadership of the Commercial Performance Director and works closely with the Sales Leadership and the Management Team. Our core focus is to drive sales growth through strategic commission adjustments, sales promotions & incentives initiatives, and analysis of sales performance to support data-driven decision-making. Together, we work with the sales team to achieve our ambitious double-digit growth targets year over year.

YOUR MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Analyse sales activity and results, draw insights and actionable recommendations to increase sales and reach business objectives.
  • Build sales dashboards to provide transparency on key sales KPIs and coach the sales organisation on how to best use the insights to improve daily sales activity & results.
  • Monitor and improve the relevancy of our sales reporting and commission models to align the efforts of our sales team.
