Role

As an Inventory Clerk at VeriSmart, you will be responsible for creating comprehensive property inventory reports. You’ll inspect properties, document conditions, and ensure that all items and fixtures are accounted for. This is a vital role in maintaining transparency and trust within the property rental process.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conducting thorough property inspections, including Inventory/schedule of condition, check-ins, check-outs and interim visits.
  • Recording detailed inventories of items, fixtures, and fittings within properties.
  • Producing clear, professional reports using VeriSmart’s inventory systems.
  • Communicating effectively with landlords, tenants, and letting agents.
  • Ensuring compliance with company standards and client expectations.
