We are seeking an experienced Senior Product Owner to join our growing product team. Working closely with Product Managers, stakeholders, customers, and cross-functional teams, you will help shape product direction, manage delivery priorities, and ensure successful execution of the product vision. You will act as a subject matter expert for your product area while championing Agile best practices across multiple squads.
- Participate in Agile ceremonies and support prioritisation activities.
- Work closely with Scrum Masters to understand team capacity, velocity, and release planning.
- Create acceptance tests and support quality assurance activities.
- Monitor product development progress throughout the delivery lifecycle.
- Support release planning and work closely with engineering teams on Agile and DevOps practices.
- Collaborate with business, technical, and creative teams to ensure successful product launches, communications, and training.
Requirements:
- 5+ years' experience as a Product Owner or Senior Product Owner within an Agile environment.
- Strong understanding of Agile delivery methodologies, including Scrum and Kanban.
- Proven experience in business analysis and process improvement.
- Strong analytical and data-driven decision-making skills.
- Experience monitoring products throughout the product lifecycle.
- Experience working with third-party development partners.
- Project management experience supporting non-Agile initiatives.
- Experience conducting market research and competitor analysis.
- Understanding of modern technology trends and evolving digital ecosystems.
