We’re looking for a delivery-focused Project Manager to join our Claims UK team. This role is ideal for someone with solid project management experience who enjoys owning delivery end to end, keeping projects on track, and working closely with both technical teams and business stakeholders. You’ll play a key role in delivering projects that support our products and services, ensuring outcomes are achieved on time and to a high standard.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the delivery of projects from initiation through to completion, with clear ownership of timelines and outcomes.
  • Define project scope, problem statements, project goals, milestones, and deliverables in line with business goals.
  • Manage day-to-day delivery, keeping projects on track and addressing issues early.
  • Coordinate across teams to ensure work is aligned and progressing as planned.
  • Manage budgets, timelines, and resources with a practical, hands-on approach.
  • Identify risks and implement mitigation plans to minimise impact.
  • Track progress against key milestones and provide clear, concise updates.
  • Build strong working relationships with stakeholders across the business.
  • Ensure deliverables meet agreed quality and business expectations.

How you’ll work

  • Focus on delivery first, ensuring projects are executed efficiently and effectively and in line with planned revenue.
  • Apply a mix of Agile and structured project management approaches.
  • Manage changes to scope in a controlled and practical way.
  • Communicate clearly with stakeholders, keeping updates relevant and actionable.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement across delivery processes and ways of working.

Qualifications

  • 3+ years’ experience working as a Project Manager with relevant project management qualification to reinforce experience.
  • An ability to translate high level stakeholder expectations into detailed project briefs.
  • Strong track record of delivering projects end to end, with a clear focus on execution and outcomes.
  • Experience working in a technology, IT, or software delivery environment.
  • Confident managing multiple priorities and workstreams at the same time.
  • Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to build credibility quickly and demonstrate assertiveness.
  • Clear and effective communicator, both written and verbal.
  • Well organised, with strong planning and attention to detail.
  • Able to work independently and take ownership of delivery.
  • Practical and solution-focused when managing risks and challenges.

Nice to have

  • Prince2 Practitioner or equivalent certification.
  • Experience working in Agile or hybrid delivery environments.
  • Exposure to ITIL or structured service delivery frameworks.
