We are looking for a System Configuration & Support Analyst to join our growing Client Services team within Verisk’s Property Claims division. This role is central to ensuring our customers get maximum value from our SaaS solutions. You will work closely with Implementation Managers, Account Managers, Product teams, and customers to configure solutions, support day-to-day queries, and help resolve more complex technical challenges.
Responsibilities
- Configure Verisk solutions to meet customer-specific requirements
- Support implementation projects including requirements, configuration, and testing
- Provide day-to-day customer support and troubleshoot issues
- Investigate root causes and identify long-term solutions
- Collaborate with Product and Engineering teams for complex issues
- Build strong customer relationships and support engagement activities
- Support system testing and ensure solutions meet requirements
- Create and maintain documentation and knowledge resources
- Identify opportunities for continuous improvement
