The role will assist the UK property pricing team to deliver on our contractual obligations of our construction schedule, while maintaining our reputation for outstanding customer support. The team is based in London.
Responsibilities
- Research
- Price list maintenance
- Price list analysis
- General data and economic analysis, report creation and publication
- Research and creation of ad-hoc trend reports
- Pricing requests (liaising with customers/mailbox monitoring, etc.)
Qualifications – Must Have
- Minimum of 5 years hands-on experience in the UK construction or insurance field
- Experience as a buyer, surveyor, construction manager, engineer or adjuster in the UK market
- Exceptional attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Knowledge of construction practices and installation techniques
- Experience with software estimating applications and Microsoft Excel
- Ability to set and measure personal and team goals
- Ability to analyse data at a statistical level
- Positive attitude
- Desire to learn new skills
Qualifications – Preferred
- Degree-level qualification in Construction Management or related field
- Background in data analysis
- Insurance adjusting or surveying experience
- Experience with software estimating applications

- First-class oral and written communication skills

- Thorough understanding of UK construction practices and installation techniques for both residential and commercial structures
