As an Account Support Specialist, you will play a key role in supporting client relationships and ensuring a high quality experience across the platform. This is more than a support role. It is a chance to learn how a fast growing platform operates at client level while building the skills to progress into account management or commercial roles. You will work closely with experienced Account Managers and multiple internal teams, giving you a strong foundation in both the insurance market and technology driven client delivery. You will have the space to contribute ideas, improve how the team works, and develop your own path as the platform continues to grow.

Responsibilities

  • Support onboarding projects for new clients, with opportunities to take ownership over time
  • Track platform usage and adoption, identifying trends and insights for the team
  • Prepare reports, presentations, and meeting materials to support client discussions
  • Maintain accurate client data and documentation in CRM systems
  • Coordinate with Product, Support, and Commercial teams to ensure smooth delivery
  • Monitor account activity and highlight areas for internal review and improvement
  • Assist with platform demonstrations and training sessions
  • Support Account Managers in preparing for and, where appropriate, joining client conversations
  • Help improve internal processes by identifying inefficiencies and suggesting solutions

Qualifications

  • Experience using CRM tools and Microsoft Office
  • Interest in the insurance market, ideally within specialty or wholesale environments
  • Strong organization skills and attention to detail
  • Clear communication skills, both written and verbal
