About the Role
We are looking for an experienced Construction Cost Analyst to join our UK Property Pricing Team in London. This role combines construction expertise, data analysis, research, and customer support to help deliver industry-leading construction cost data and pricing services to the insurance market.
You’ll be responsible for researching construction costs, maintaining pricing databases, analysing market trends, producing reports, and supporting insurers with estimating exercises, claim reviews, and pricing enquiries.
