Champion the adoption of AI-assisted engineering practices, leveraging tools such as GitHub Copilot and agentic workflows throughout the software development lifecycle. Translate business requirements into technical solutions, estimates, and delivery plans. Design and implement robust APIs, microservices, and data-driven solutions. Identify and mitigate technical risks, dependencies, and delivery challenges. Conduct code reviews and design reviews to ensure high engineering standards across teams. Define and improve best practices for testing, observability, performance, reliability, and operational excellence. Investigate complex production issues and drive continuous improvement through root-cause analysis. Ensure solutions meet security, compliance, reliability, and performance requirements. Serve as a senior technical mentor for engineers across the organization, providing coaching, guidance, and hands-on support to accelerate individual and team growth. Partner with Engineering Managers and technical leaders to help develop engineering capability, career progression frameworks, and technical excellence initiatives. Lead by example in promoting a culture of collaboration, ownership, continuous improvement, and knowledge sharing. Create and maintain clear technical documentation.
